This Texting Policy applies to your use of the text message programs (collectively "Texting Services") provided by Paars Inc DBA Paars design and build (“we”, “us”, and “our”). This policy, together with any other applicable terms and conditions, constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and us. By opting into our Texting Services, you agree to this Texting Policy.

Texting Services are available on most major mobile phone carriers in the United States, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time without notice.

Message and data rates may apply in connection with your use of our Texting Services. You are responsible for any applicable charges to your wireless account billed by your mobile carrier when you opt-in to receive texts from us.

When you opt into our Texting Services, you may receive messages related to the following:

• Everyday communication and general conversation regarding your design and build projects.
• Automated appointment scheduling and reminders.
• Billing, invoicing, and payment updates.
• Direct communication with our contractors and project staff.
• Promotional offers, company updates, and marketing blasts.

Message frequency will vary based on the status of your project, the specific Texting Services you opt into, and your interactions with our team.

You may opt-in to receive text messages by providing your phone number to us online, in person, via email, or by texting "Y" or “Yes” to 213-394-5635.

By providing your number or texting us to opt-in, you authorize Paars Inc to send text messages—including automated marketing and promotional messages—using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition to conduct business with us or purchase our design and build services.

When you opt-in, you also confirm that you are the primary account holder for the mobile telephone used to enroll, or that you are authorized to consent on behalf of the account holder. You further confirm that you are able to receive and review this Texting Policy and retain a copy for your records.

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Paars Inc at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply text "STOP" to 213-394-5635.

Alternatively, you may request to opt out by mailing a written revocation of consent to our mailing address provided below. You acknowledge and agree that your request will be deemed revoked when received and processed.

We reserve the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate our Texting Services, in our sole discretion, and without any prior notice to you.

We may revise this Texting Policy at any time by updating our published terms. If you are enrolled in our Texting Services, we will send a text message to notify you that the policy has been amended. If you continue to use the Texting Services following such notice, you thereby agree to the amended Texting Policy. Your sole remedy if you do not agree with a revised Texting Policy is to opt out.

Currently, all data is processed internally by Paars Inc. No outside sources are used to manage or process your data.

• Future Use: We reserve the right to utilize industry-leading platforms such as Mailchimp and/or Salesforce to facilitate communications and data management in the future. Should we implement these tools, your data will remain protected under our strict "No Marketing Sharing" guidelines.

• Website Cookies: Our website does not use cookies to track user behavior or store personal preferences.
• Communication Tracking: We do not utilize tracking pixels or monitoring software in our email or SMS communications to track user engagement or location.

• SMS: You may opt out of mobile communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from us.
